Our terms of sale are pretty straightforward.
We have as many exploratory discussions as are needed to understand the results you seek, what, and how they can be delivered.
We then confirm that in writing/email so you can see we have understood what you seek correctly. You sign it off [or amend.] the agreed specification as acceptance of the service specified to be provided and whatever payment structure we have agreed in the specification will then be actioned.
In the event of any concerns arising you let us know and we resolve it all as soon as we can.
If we failed in the delivery within the specification and you remain unsatisfied then we will come to an agreement of either additional services value or a total or partial repayment of whatever fees were agreed. If we have followed the specification and there are no breaches or lack of due diligence then the specification and its terms will stand.
