CoVid has completely transformed the tech and Video comms landscape with interactive sales tools for websites and meetings.

But has it transformed you or the way you do business?

In the past masses of money was spent creating computer networks, applets, and more to have these communication links to make them talk to each other.

Now it is virtually seamless.

But, what have you done for your average valuer, or with your marketing, to promote how you may use it to be different from your competitors?

Your marketing should create leads (it should) and be a way to identify people for you to have your salespeople jump in the car, jump on a train, zoom on a plane and go see somebody.

And, 6 times out of 10, from a lot of the clients I work with, and others I speak to, the person they see does not have the level of engagement with what they offer, or what their company represents, NOR the sign-off power [i.e need to speak with a partner first] to make a buy happen.

Lots of wasted time and expense. But what that means is they have not been pre-qualified. 

However, with the advent of seamless video, by re-programming your approach to sales, tying it into different ways to get interaction, it can help you, and your salespeople make more commission and with less hassle - whilst being kinder to the planet too.

The power of the internet boosts the ability to:

  • Talk to a decision-maker

  • Boost engagement and customer relationship management
  • Enhance the live time value of a seller or landlord or home occupier

So, if you are one of those people that goes see somebody [and we agree you should be doing that - just not until they are properly qualified], seeing people who do not have the motivation, desire, authority, and pain to make a buy, or where there is no alignment, no commitment to the next step in a sale, or with your business and approach to selling or letting their home or commercial premises, then every time you see a none qualified prospect, you need to accept its time to change your daily reality and do much of the work via the web.

Regular, systemised web contact, to prospects, and clients, with video, SMS, email, outbound calling, and direct mail can have a fantastic, compounding effect on your results:

  • it enhances your relationships with prospects/clients - but with less cost
  • it can increase conversions (if part of a proper plan)
  • it let’s you train the prospect in how to consume your services before they have bought – which makes them buy and buy happily
  • it reduces cancelled instructions 
  • it can even make you and your team happier and more productive too.

So, if you are in business for yourself, or have a small sales team, or a large one, and want to reduce costs, but improve revenues, then just reconsider if video meetings, video Chat agents, avatars, chat bots, onsite voice mail and more should have a solid place in your marketing armoury.
